Pliger Peter Kuenhof

The history of the Kuenhof winery spans over 800 years, and has been owned by the Pliger family for over 200 years. The vineyards are located high in the Alps of South Tyrol, in the Eisacktal (Val d'Isarco), just below the Brenner Pass.

The vines are planted on terraces, carved into the granite, on very steep, southeast-facing slopes. The mere 6 hectares are cultivated biodynamically, resulting in particularly energetic wines.

All the wines share the same vibrant intensity and can age effortlessly. Top of Alto Adige, and Serie A of Italy.
