Albareda Sforzato
De wijn heeft een intense robijnrode kleur. Rood fruit ligt voorop in de neus maar krijgt een backup van bos vol kruiden en balsamico. De afdronk is warm, lang en plezierig met een klein amandel toontje op het eind.

- Vinification: The grapes, harvested delicately by hand, are placed in the “fruity room” and left to dry slowly thanks to the wind until mid-January and are then carefully checked a second time. The dried grapes are then sent to wooden barrels where alcoholic fermentation takes place with 26 days of maceration on the skins
