Traditional cider from Brittany, made from apple juice of selected old fruit trees. Amber-colored, light orange hues, apple-scented cider, pure and intense, with a dry but full flavor, a combination of apples, but from dried fruit, and a soft and melting mousse. Very suitable as an aperitif, but also goes well with cheese.
