The winery Cantine Volpi is located in Viguzzolo, just outside the Piedmontese town of Tortona. Giuliano Noè has been responsible for the technical side for years, and always focused on further improving quality.
The cellars where the wines mature are located on the outskirts of Tortona, where Giuliano has a wide variety of barrels at his disposal: used and new, made of stainless steel, Grande Botti of Slavonian wood, small French barriques, etc., etc.
Volpi's wines are all very reasonably priced, yet they distinguish themselves by accurately reflecting the unique character of the region and grape.
