Champagne Blanc de Blancs
Champagne Blanc de Blancs
The color is straw yellow with a beautiful sheen. An airy initial nose with delicate aromas of white flowers (acacia blossom). Then citrus notes such as lemon and grapefruit appear. With more air, roasted and lightly burnt notes also emerge. A hint of menthol on the finish. The structure is balanced, pleasant, and refined. A pleasant citrus note on the finish.

Family business located in Chavot Courcourt, a small town near Epernay.
For many years, they have been practicing sustainable viticulture, particularly through the massive reduction in the use of protective products, biological insect control, and the restoration of pruning wood (reduced use of weed killer).
With an area of 6ha90, the vineyards are spread across the terroirs of Chavot Courcourt (Côteaux Sud d'Epernay), Verneuil, Vincelles, and Chavenay (Marne Valley). These locations allow them to cultivate the three grape varieties of Champagne:
- Pinot Noir, which gives champagne complexity and vinosity
- Pinot Meunier, which provides freshness and lightness
- Chardonnay, the only white grape variety, sought after for its elegance and finesse.
At harvest, each bunch is picked by hand and carefully transported to the press, where pressing begins immediately, in a traditional way and under permanent control, to ensure optimal quality of the must.
When bottling, the blending of the harvest with old reserve wines (40 to 50%) guarantees constant monitoring of the quality of the cuvée. We put all our knowledge and our love for wine into our Champagnes.
