Champagne Brut Blanc de Noirs

Champagne Brut Blanc de Noirs

This 100% Pinot Noir Champagne is the foundation of the Fleury house, setting a very high bar right from the start. A very precise nose full of red fruit (raspberries!), a remarkably refined mousse, and delicate acidity. An aristocratic aperitif from the southern Aube.

Meer over Champagne Fleury

The Fleury family has been making champagne in Courteron since 1895, in the heart of the very southern Côte des Bar (Aube) where they own 15 hectares of vineyards, mostly planted with Pinot Noir as is customary, but they also have some plots with Chardonnay and even some Pinot Blanc.

Jean-Pierre Fleury was the first grower in Champagne to convert entirely to biodynamic farming, as early as 1989, and his son Jean-Sébastien now continues this. The house produces very energetic and vinous champagnes, mostly in a very dry style, ranging from vibrantly fruity to very rich and complex.

All in all, a dream of a champagne house: impeccable quality for the connoisseur of Great Champagne.
