The name "La Cruus" is dialect for "the cross" and refers to the highest and most coveted mountain peaks in the area, symbolizing the dedication and hard work that has gone into this wine. Made entirely from Nebbiolo grapes, locally known as Chiavennasca, sourced from the Inferno subzone. La Cruus has an intense ruby red color and offers a refined aroma of morello cherries and small red fruits, supported by mineral and spicy notes. The taste is harmonious, fresh, and full of character, with a pleasant tannin structure.
