Lubberhuizen & Raaff, the first Dutch artisanal eau-de-vie distillery, is unique. The distillery is housed in a beautifully restored fire station in Varik, Betuwe, on the Waal river. These fruit distillates contain no added flavourings or essences; nowhere else in the Netherlands is distilling done more purely or sustainably. The manual process naturally limits production, making these original Betuwe eaux-de-vie very exclusive.
