Aranciata is produced with Slow Food-certified Gargano IGP oranges. These fruits have been growing for centuries on the Adriatic coast in Southern Italy. They are usually harvested in December and are particularly resistant to oxidation. This allows them to retain their thick peel, powerful pulp, and delicious sweetness. Lightly opaque orange, with an inviting aroma that tantalizes your nose. The scent offers the most beautiful fragrance you can smell from an orange, along with wild flowers and various herbs from the south. On the palate, a delightful sweet start is accompanied by fresh acidity for balance. This combination gives the Aranciata its distinctive and elegant taste, which is so different from ordinary orange sodas. Excellent for use in sorbets (with orange zest and a lemon balm leaf). Delicious to drink, preferably without ice, but also perfect with Campari.
