The unique flavour of Sfusato lemons, which have been growing on the terraces of the Amalfi Coast, south of Naples, for centuries. These are made into a delicious soft drink according to a 1950s recipe. The sweet-sour taste of these large lemons gives it that delicious flavour. The intense taste comes from the combination of carbon dioxide (bubbles) and the combination of lemon zest and orange blossom. A beautiful intense, refreshing and balanced taste, with a long aftertaste that ends in a slightly sweet note. A delicate and 'classy' lemonade. An excellent thirst quencher, and delicious to drink at any time. Of course, it can be used in a wide variety of cocktails. Delicious in various 'spoons', but you can also make beautiful sorbet ice cream from it. Serve with or without ice, and sage or mint leaves give it a delicious herbal twist.
