This is a wine of real elegance and grace, from one of Fanny Sabre's Premier Cru vineyards located in Meursault. The fresh, mineral Chardonnay is not masked by new oak, but has a subtle texture and creaminess. This wine is fermented in old oak barrels after the grapes have been slowly pressed with the pneumatic press. The wine ages for at least 12 months in old oak without fining, and with light lees stirring. Just before bottling, the different barrels are assembled in stainless steel tanks for 3 or 4 months. This wine is already beautiful now but will be fantastic with some age, although they rarely last long enough to find out!

This ambitious winemaker is one of the great talents of the Côte de Beaune and works from a small cellar in Pommard. She owns only 4.5 hectares, which means she knows and understands every corner of her terroir.
She guarantees the typicality of each individual vineyard. However, all her wines share purity, transparency, and elegance.
She is one of the few in Burgundy who works according to the Vin Naturel principle, although she now uses minimal amounts of sulphite when bottling.
In her own words, she wants her wines to 'live'; the growing number of fans of these unique Burgundies will undoubtedly confirm this 'joie de vivre' in her wines.
