Pouilly Fume Tenebris 2023
The name Tonnerre stands for Tonnerre slate, the oldest and most exclusive form of slate in AOC Pouilly Fumé. This rock ensures perfect water supply for the vines during drought and excessive rain. The wine is full of citrus flavour that forms a good structure in the taste. The grapes come from Favray's slightly lower-lying vineyards. That makes this cuvée perfect for ageing before it reveals its true self.

An old Château whose history dates back to the early 17th century. Currently, owner Quentin David manages 15 hectares of vineyards on fine marl soils with a pebbly top layer.
The modern cellar ensures a very slow fermentation, which has a beneficial effect on the aromatic structure of the wine. An aging on the lees of 3 to 8 months gives the wine texture and body.
The Terra Vitis label demonstrates their sustainable ambitions.
