Bryan is originally from the north of France where he was initially studying to become an architect. During his studies, he worked in good restaurants and became captivated by wine. He eventually decided that he preferred to become a winemaker rather than an architect and started building his winery from scratch in the northern Rhône.
He interned there with the renowned Yves Cuilleron and learned quickly. With the help of his mentor, he released his first wines with the 2019 vintage. Tiny quantities because he only owns 2.5 hectares, but he is still looking to expand. He makes Condrieu, Saint-Joseph, but also basic wines from young vines.
It is a young and ambitious project where Bryan's dream is clear: to have his wine on the best wine lists in the world.
