As we know this house, it yields small harvests; in this case, only 20,000 bottles. The Viognier grapes are harvested at night for freshness and to delay fermentation. After the fermentation process, a small portion is aged in new French oak to give the wine some extra body. Typically banana, spiciness, and apricot, peach, and pear. Due to the small percentage of oak, you get a hint of vanilla at the end.
