Orujo brandy (the solid part of the destemmed grape, which remains once the wine has been made), distilled drop by drop in the traditional Lebaniega copper still.
VISUAL: To the eye it appears transparent, crystalline, clear and shiny.
OLFACTORY: sharp aromas characteristic of the distillate wrapped in subtle notes of ripe stone fruit, apricots, peaches, pears in syrup, and hints of mint. Intense and persistent with very fine and elegant fragrances.
TASTE: Sweet entry, tasty and deep, where the calorific power of alcohol, acidity and bitterness are in perfect balance, the trajectory in the mouth is silky and enveloping, in the retronasal we are reminded of aromas of ripe fruit and notes of balsamic and anise. Perfect distillate in all its stages.
